This website is operated by Worn & Loved. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Worn & Loved. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and pricing
We try to show products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible, but your screen may display colors differently. Prices and availability may change without notice. Crossed-out (compare-at) prices show our previous regular price of $44.99 per sheet; for multi-sheet packs, the crossed-out price is that previous per-sheet price multiplied by the number of sheets in the pack. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with a pricing or description error or orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

Product use
Worn & Loved repair sheets are self-adhesive sheets made of PU (polyurethane) synthetic leather. They are made to cover worn, peeling, cracked or scratched areas on furniture, car seats and similar surfaces. Results depend on the surface, the type and size of the damage, and how closely the shade matches. Clean and dry the surface before applying, and test on a small, hidden area first. Removing a sheet may leave adhesive residue or lift a finish that is already damaged. The sheets are water-resistant, not waterproof. Avoid direct high heat. Keep small pieces and backing paper away from children and pets.

Payment and fraud prevention
We may cancel orders we believe are fraudulent or placed in bad faith, and we may ask for additional verification before accepting an order.

Merchant of record
This store is integrated with the Western Bid e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the merchant of record for all purchases. You will see "WESTERN BID" as the payee on your card or PayPal statement.

Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@petshedcare.com. We resolve most issues quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide order, delivery and tracking records to the payment processor.

Abuse of policy
We may refuse service, returns or future orders where we see a pattern of abuse, such as repeated false non-delivery claims or returning used items as unused.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worn & Loved is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your place of residence.

Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page.
